Empire District has filed a petition with the Missouri Public Service Commission requesting a revenue requirement increase in the amount of $50.1 million, or 7.61%. They have also included a request for an additional increase of $29.9 million, or 4.54%, to offset additional expenses incurred during Winter Storm Uri. Effective April 25th, 2022, this increase will affect all customers taking service in the state of Missouri.
