San Diego Gas & Electric has filed a petition with the California Public Utilities Commission requesting approval to change certain rate elements in their GRC Phase 2 Application. This application proposes no changes to total revenue, as revenue increases were addressed in their Phase 1 Application back on October 6th, 2017.

A settlement agreement has been reached, and new rates will become effective for all members taking service in the state of California effective November 1st, 2021. See below for a breakdown on how this change will affect all classes of customers:
